Its location, with a tube station nearby and plenty of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Clean rooms and a very strong shower pressure.

the warm welcome and helpfulness of the reception staff, the comfort of the room and bathroom despite the limited space, the ability to open the window and adjust the temperature. The perfect location for reaching the main tourist attractions on foot, by bus or by underground. The option to leave luggage after check-out

Single room,

A small, well-located hotel in a quiet area, housed in a well-maintained building. The room was small, as is the case almost everywhere in Paris, but clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were very friendly.

Double room,

The exterior of the hotel is rather unremarkable, even a little disappointing. The reception area is small, but make no mistake, this is one of the best 3-star hotels. The staff are charming and helpful. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The shower is impressive with its strong water pressure. There are plenty of towels. The location is ideal, close to two underground stations, a supermarket and restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The accommodation is ideally situated in the city centre, close to everything: the underground, shops, restaurants and even tourist attractions within walking distance. The room was pleasant, comfortable and well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was also large and spotless. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was perfectly maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Before I arrived, I mentioned that I needed a kettle to take my medication with hot water, and they immediately took care of providing one for me. It was already in my room when I arrived, such attentive service. Its location is perfect. The underground is only a minute away, and you can also walk to many major tourist attractions. The neighbourhood is very safe and lively, with everything nearby. I highly recommend this hotel!

Excellent value for money. The size of the hotel is ideal; it doesn't feel like a business hotel, yet you still get the service and attention you would expect from a larger establishment. Good quality breakfast. Ideal location for exploring all the city's main attractions. Well done!

Great location, 190 metres from the underground station. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly. Local amenities include bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants. Reception is open 24 hours a day. We found chocolates in our room to wish us happy holidays, a much appreciated gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. Lavazza coffee machine in the room.

Very pleasant, clean and well-maintained hotel. The welcome was friendly and professional, even though we arrived late. A very cosy lobby (Christmas decorations). The room is a good size, bright, decorated in white tones with touches of colour, which makes it really pleasant. Everything is well thought out and there is everything you need. The bathroom was very clean, modern and really nice. The location is excellent, with many restaurants, theatres and shops nearby. I recommend it :)

The room was very clean and modern. The room temperature was fantastic. The Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch. The location was very convenient, close to all the city's attractions, the underground and restaurants. The staff were very polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return.

I must admit, when we arrived, I was a little surprised. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place. But during our stay, the staff, cleanliness and location were simply perfect. At 11 p.m., I needed some forks; the reception opened the dining room and brought them to me. I've never met such charming staff. I'll definitely be back.

The location is ideal for easy access to the airport and the city's tourist attractions. The establishment is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is varied and delicious. It is a place where you can soak up the Parisian atmosphere and the hustle and bustle of its streets. Safe for families with children. The rooms are well equipped, the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Ideal location near Saint-Denis-Strasbourg station (no lift at the station, which is quite problematic with medium-sized suitcases) and in a very pleasant neighbourhood offering a variety of dining options. Very pleasant room, superb bathroom with beautifully scented toiletries. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast.

Strategically located 20 minutes' walk from Notre Dame and the Louvre, etc., and 4 km from Montmartre by public transport or taxi... in short, its location was truly excellent. The breakfast was good, with savoury and sweet dishes, croissants and fruit. The rooms are average size for Paris, perhaps slightly larger or at least designed to accommodate as many people as possible. Really very pleasant staff, charming welcome. Renovated bathroom with a very good shower in the bathtub, equipped with a latest-generation high-pressure jet.

This was one of my most incredible hotel stays in Paris. The staff were amazing, very kind and welcoming. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and fresh. We even cancelled a reservation we had made at another hotel just so we could extend our stay at this hotel! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

The hotel was in very good condition. In Paris, you sometimes have bad experiences with accommodation, but here it was quite the opposite. There is a train station just 3 minutes away. Highly recommended!

We loved everything: the location, there are lots of good restaurants nearby, the underground is just around the corner, even though the room is small: good shower (renovated bathroom), comfortable bed, great bed linen and bathroom! Very attentive staff! An excellent breakfast! I highly recommend it, I'll definitely be back!

Convenient location, air conditioning in summer is important, friendly staff with good English.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was that our TV wasn't working, but a member of staff came immediately and fixed it, so the problem was resolved within 10 minutes. The room was comfortable and clean, with an excellent coffee machine. The location was ideal for accessing all the main attractions we wanted to see.
